Order stages
- Order confirmed — Confirmation email sent immediately.
- In production — Your item is being manufactured (2–5 days).
- Shipped — Tracking email sent with tracking number.
- Delivered — Your package has arrived. Enjoy your item!
I can't find my tracking email
Check your spam or junk folder. If the email is nowhere to be found, contact us with your order number.
My package is delayed
Delivery times may vary depending on carriers and peak periods. If your package is more than 5 days late compared to the estimate, contact us.
