Right of withdrawal (EU)

In accordance with European Directive 2011/83/EU, you have a period of 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to justify your decision.

Personalized products — Important exception

HAQQ items feature a personalized QR code according to your message choice. In accordance with Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized — except in case of manufacturing defect.

Defective item or order error

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we will replace it completely free of charge. Contact us within 30 days of receipt with a photo of the problem.
