The HAQQ concept

How does the QR code on clothing work?

Each HAQQ garment has a QR code printed directly on the back or embroidered depending on the product. When someone scans it with their phone, they are redirected to a page that displays your chosen message — an inspiring, benevolent, or thought-provoking phrase.

Can the buyer see the message by scanning?

Yes — the message page is public and accessible to anyone who scans the QR code. This is the very principle of HAQQ: carrying a message for someone else.

Can I change my message after ordering?

With the Standard formula, your message is fixed and defined at the time of order.
With the LIVING (+5€) formula, you can change your message at any time, as many times as you wish, from your personal HAQQ space.

Are the QR codes washable?

Our QR codes are printed using the DTF (Direct-to-Film) technique, which is particularly resistant to washing. We recommend washing inside out at a maximum of 30°C to preserve the lifespan of the print.

Orders & Delivery

What is the delivery time?

Allow between 5 and 12 business days in total: 2 to 5 days for production, then 3 to 7 days for delivery depending on your country. You will receive a tracking email upon shipment.

How do I track my order?

An email with a tracking link is automatically sent to you as soon as your order is shipped. Also check your spam folder. In case of problems: contact@haqq.store
